JSA Checklists

OHSTrack has been simplified and now provides the option of being linked into the job schedule. This provides triggers for the appropriate checklists to be available at the correct time of the job. Relevant checklists can be completed on site via a web enabled handheld PDA or printed of and manually filled out.

Delay Management

The functionality enhancements to BuildTrack never stop! The product now has delay management incorporated into the scheduling process. This means that delays can be added to a job automatically re-scheduling the job and notifying the associated contractors of schedule alterations. This also provides a reporting capability for delays and builders to identify problem contractors.

Call Forward Sheets

BuildTrack has been further enhanced with the inclusion of call forward sheets. Call forward sheets can be generated on a job by job basis or by contractor when required. The system also allows call forward sheets to be forwarded to contractors via e-mail drastically reducing communications time and costs.

BuildTrack is enhanced with a better scheduling engine that incorporates a holidate calendar and weekends into job schedules. This enhancement improves the accuracy of job schedules and added to the job profile templates means that jobs can be set up and scheduled within minutes.
